Shipping 

All items are made to order, meaning each garment is made personally for you.
We will always endeavor to process your order as quickly as possible but, we don't believe in sacrificing our quality control systems to send orders faster.

All orders are processed at 12pm ACST daily.
This means all orders placed the previous day from 12:01pm until 12PM the current day will be processed that day and orders placed after 12:01pm until 12pm the following day to be processed then. 
Example: You place an order at 1pm Monday, that order will be processed on Tuesday at 12pm and shipped before days end.

Our general processing time is 1 day but allow for an additional 1-2 days during peak times. 

We send all orders Express via Australia Post. Once your order has been packaged and is ready to send our general shipping times are between 1-4 days, dependent on the location it is going to. Shipping times are not exact and are only a guide, we aren't responsible for any shipping delays that may occur once your parcel is with Australia Post but will always endeavor to assist you with anything you need during this time.

 

Return Guidelines

For any item to be eligible for return all claims must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date. All items must be unworn, unwashed and unused, with all tags still attached and in its original packaging. We retain the right to refuse a return or exchange if any items fail to meet these guidelines. Please note that the customer will be responsible for all return shipping charges, we highly recommend using a trackable method for your return.
If a discount code was used, the value of the return will be worked out on the price paid, not the RRP.
All shipping charges on the original invoice will be deducted from the return amount.

 

Returns, Refunds, Exchanges and Store Credits.

To make the returns process as easy as possible, we offer several different solutions. 

  1. Refund - We will refund the amount to the card used in purchase.
  2. Exchange -  Change your garment over for another stocked item.
  3. Store Credit - We will issue you with a gift card to be used within 12 months.

All change of mind or incorrect sizing returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee*, to be deducted from the return amount. Please be sure to view our sizing chart here to avoid ordering the wrong size.

We do not offer any returns on sale items, custom orders or items with a discount of over 20% - this allows us to give you the best possible prices. 

*restocking fee can be waived under certain conditions.

 

How to submit a Return

To start a return, simply email us at returns@differentco.com.au and make sure to include your,

  • Order number
  • Reason for return 
  • Item / items you wish to return
  • The method of return. Exchange, credit or refund.

Once we have all of the relevant information your return will be processed by a member of our customer service team. Please note that this process can take between 2-4 days. After your return has been approved we will provide you with shipping instructions on how to get it back to us. 

PLEASE NOTE - ALL items sent back without having been approved will not be accepted. It will then be the customers responsibility to organize the return freight.

 

Comfort Guarantee  

We’re proud of the comfort and quality of all the garments we produce and believe it will be one of the comfiest items in your wardrobe. If you receive your order and aren’t 100% happy with the comfort of your new garment we’ll offer you a full refund, or a store credit + 5% of the purchase price.

All requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery to our customer service team directly at returns@differentco.com.au and comply with our return guidelines as listed above.

 

Damages, Faulty Products.

For any damaged, faulty or defective products please ensure that a request is submitted within 7 days of delivery to our customer service team directly at returns@differentco.com.au 

Please make sure to include in your 

  • Order number or receipt 
  • Photos of the fault or damage
  • A brief description of what the fault or damage is.

Any request made outside of the time period may not be accepted. 

 

Warranties

We stand by the quality of our garments and offer a 12 month warranty on all items sold. If you believe your product has a warrantable issue, please get in touch with us ASAP. We know it isn’t easy but it's essential that you stop wearing the item immediately to avoid it worsening. You can reach our team at anytime via email at returns@differentco.com.au
