To get the most out of your garment it is important to take proper care of it, and that's what we’re here for ! We pride ourselves in making some of the best quality garments around with colours that don't just look good when they’re new but colours that stay new. Below we have a detailed guide on the best way to care for your new garments to keep them feeling new.

When washing your garments the first steps are to make sure they’re turned inside out and you’re washing with like colours in cold water. These 3 steps will alone help preserve the colours of your garment from fading, as well as protect the outside materials resulting in the garment feeling newer for longer. Washing with cold water can also help reduce microfiber pollution so it's a win, win.

For detergent, remember that less is more. Using excess detergent can lead to a build up on your garments causing them to feel stiffer after the drying process.

Next, once your garment has finished washing be sure to hang dry only, do not machine wash. Not only can this cause your garment to shrink but can also damage the materials over time. The only exceptions are if your garment is too big, you can use the dryer to shrink it by up to 1 size. Please note that machine washing to deliberately shrink your garment will void any returns.

If you are finding that after hang drying your garments that they are feeling stiff and not soft, try using less detergent as this is the biggest reason most hang dried items feel stiff or, you can put your garment into the dryer for a
maximum of 5 minutes once it is 95% dry from hang drying. Longer than 5 minutes will begin to cause shrinkage and damage the garment.
