Shipping

When will my order ship ?

Orders ship 1-3 days from purchase, these 1-3 days are for processing your order.

What are order processing times ?

Since all garments are made to order, order processing times refer to the time it takes for us to prepare your items for shipment. As a lot of steps are done by hand this can take up to 3 days during busy periods but is usually closer to 1. 

How long does it take to ship ?

Shipping can take between 1-7 days depending on your location in Australia. On average our delivery time is closer to 2-4 days. 

How much is your shipping ?

Express shipping is FREE on all orders over $150 ! If your order is under $150 we offer two options from AusPost,
Regular + Tracking for $5
Express + Tracking for $10.

Our shipping is heavily subsidized because paying for shipping sucks but it's expensive, so we introduced 2 flat rate shipping options.

Returns

How do I return something ?

If you wish to return an item, contact our support team at returns@differentco.com.au
Please be sure to include your 

- Order number

- Reason for return

- Item / items you wish to return

- The method of return. Exchange, credit or refund.

What is your return policy ?

You can view our policy here.
We offer refunds, exchanges and store credits depending on your situation. If you have any questions you can email our staff at returns@differentco.com.au 

How long does it take to return something ?

Once we have the item back and our team has inspected the garment to check it meets our return requirements, generally 1-2 days, we will immediately process the return and refund any money / dispatch any new orders or store credits. 

Product

How do I care for my garment ?

We have a detailed guide here on exactly how to care for your garment. But the basics are,

- Machine wash cold

- Wash with like colours

- Wash inside out

- Line dry in shade

- Do not tumble dry

- Do not soak or bleach

- Do not iron designs

How do I know my size ?

You can view our detailed size guide here. If you still have any questions about sizing you can contact our team at hello@differentco.com.au and we’d be happy to help you. 

My product is damaged or defective. What should I do ?

If your product is damaged or defective you have 7 days from the delivery date to submit a claim to our returns team, you can do so by emailing them at returns@differentco.com.au
Please make sure to include in your 

- Order number or receipt 

- Photos of the fault or damage

- A brief description of what the fault or damage is.

Are your products unisex ?

All of our hoodies have been designed and made to fit all body shapes and sizes. Our track pants are designed for men but still fit women perfectly.

Can I get a design on a different coloured product ?

Of course ! Contact our sales team at sales@differentco.com.au with what you’re after and we'll do our best to make it happen ! 
Pleas note, all custom orders are non refundable due to them not being a regularly stocked item.

Do you work with influencers ?

Yes ! We love working with influencers who share our passion. Please contact our team at hello@differentco.com.au so we can organise to work together. 

Donating

Why do you donate to FightMND?

We've chosen to donate to FightMND as their donations go towards trying to find a cure to MND. At the moment there is no effective cure or treatment, leading to an average life expectancy from diagnosis of just over 2 years. To learn more about MND you can see our page here

Where can I see the donations ?

You can see the donations we've made on our MND page here.

We make donations to FightMND at the beginning of each month and upload the screenshot of the payment.
